I had to include flowers because it's mandatory that a girl gets flowers on Valentine's day (unless she is allergic to them or doesn't like flowers) My favorite are tulips! I feel that flowers must be accompanied by something else like a nice candle and a pair of sunglasses or a stunning pair of heels like these super sexy Louboutins.
So the list is a mix of things that will satisfy the girly, fashionable, gadget junkie type of girl. The budget is pretty mixed too which is nice.
